The house is on 2 levels and approximately 700sq m floor area.

The property is totally enclosed within walls and thus very secure.

As soon as you open the iron gate, you enter a perfect heaven of beauty and peace,
an expansive lawn, huge towering trees, bushes and flowers abound.

The 5m x 11m swimmin pool, painted a pale blue, separated from the dining terrace by
an iron fence.

The dining table welcomes easily a party of 10/12 people around it under a big tree.

Through a sliding glass gate you enter a dining room.

To the left, you will discover a small room where one keeps the grocery, vegetables, bread, cheese.
The room as a frigidaire, a sink,...

To the right, you enter in the 1st living room before entering the 2nd one with a fire place,
plush sofa, arms chairs.
The next room only has one piece in the centre of it, it's a magnificent pool table.

Upstairs there are 4 bed rooms with Queen's bed, 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets.

Open on the garden there is one large bed room with twin beds, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet.
One other bed room with twin beds.

The house carries a washing machine, a dishwaher, freezer, a satellite TV, a radio, CD player, ...
The telephone/fax line is restricted - you can receive calls, but you will need a cellular phone for your long distance calls.

Pets are welcome

All the linen (sheets, bath towels, pool towels) are included in the location. So are the 4 hours weekly
cleaning, the departure cleaning, the gardener and the pool attendant.

In July and August, rentals are for 2 week periods only.
The rental starts on Saturday at around 4pm to Saturday departure on around 12 noon.
